Stop Motion Animation

Not a good stop motion but first where I've tried doing something in mid flight. used some crappy sound effects that I found online.

2nd episode from the series. Xerxes finally decides to wage war against the Spartans but not everyone is as enthusiastic about it.

This is the first from the 300 series and the first video to ever feature dialogue. Thanks to Chris and Padraig.

After finalizing their battle arrangement, it comes to Xerxes' attention that there may be something they've overlooked.

Its been a long time since I posted anything. This is the first of hopfully many videos to come.

A little follow up in the Superman Batman Series. I was bored. There is no other reason for making this one really. Just a short stupid film to keep me entertained.

I was looking for people with whom I would do some stop motion work with. Working with toys is great (they don't show up late for the shoots) and at the end of the day, look better. But I've been dying to make a stop motion film using people.

The problem was that most people would rather watch the film than actually "star" in it. It is understandable. I'm currently working at a measly 8 frames a second only but that still constitutes 480 still shots to generate 1 minute of video. Finding someone with that kind of patience where they can only move what I ask them to between shots is trying.

In comes Momo. Fooling her into thinking that the creation process may actually be 'fun', she volunteers to be part of my next shoot. Now I realize that White vs. Blue 2 is still not complete but I've decided to go slow on that one. I like where I'm taking that story and I'd rather wait and do it properly than rush it (like I was before, as is evident from some of frame rate issues you may notice during that film).

So here you have it. We've been filming for 2 days and this is what we've come up with. Still have to do edits, add opening credits and finish the video but I'm happy with this video so far.

Momo wakes up in the morning, unaware of the fact that she now has Eerily mysterious Super powers. Her thoughts cause things to happen, even if she is not aware of this and is not consiously doing them. It is only when she notices her toothbrush does she realize her gift and from that point on, she decides to have a bit of fun. Will she use her powers for evil, good, to pick up men or to just have fun? Wait and find out. Because honestly, even I don't know ... YET!

We previously saw Blue take out White. But do all things that fall lie in peace?
